- Inferences created from the information described in this California Notice.
4. Business and Commercial Purposes
We may collect, use, retain, disclose, sell, or share personal information for these business and commercial purposes:
- Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, debug, secure, and improve the site and related services.
- Respond to requests, process forms, provide information, match users with participating providers or business partners, and complete requested transactions.

5. Disclosure, Sale, Sharing, and Opt-Out Choices
California law defines "sell" and "share" broadly. Depending on how the site is configured, we may sell or share identifiers, contact and lead information, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, inferences, and similar information with affiliates, lead buyers, participating providers, business partners, advertisers, advertising networks, analytics providers, and marketing partners. We may also disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, professional advisors, government authorities, legal parties, and transaction parties.
You may opt out of sale or sharing by using Opt Out Link or by emailing admin@myfinalpolicy.com with the subject line "California Opt-Out." If the online opt-out link is not yet available, email admin@myfinalpolicy.com and include enough information for us to process your request.
Where required by California law, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), for the browser or device that sends the signal. A GPC signal generally applies to the browser or device from which it is sent; you may still need to submit a direct request if you want the opt-out applied to information not connected to that browser or device.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age unless we have received the consent required by applicable law.
6. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate right to limit under California law unless we provide the required notice and choice. If a specific site requests sensitive personal information to provide a service you requested, verify information, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with law, we use it only as reasonably necessary for those limited purposes unless we tell you otherwise.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
Subject to legal limitations and verification, California residents may have the following rights:
- Right to know/access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, and information about sources, purposes, disclosures, sale, and sharing.
- Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out: direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
- Right to limit: direct us to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information when the right applies.
- Right to non-discrimination and non-retaliation: exercise your California privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
- Authorized agent: authorize another person or qualifying business entity to submit a request on your behalf, subject to proof of authorization and verification where permitted by law.
8. How to Submit a California Request
To submit a California privacy request, email admin@myfinalpolicy.com, use Opt Out Link if available, or write to 3741 Merced Dr - E2, Riverside, CA 92503. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to verify and process your request.
If myfinalpolicy.com is required to provide additional designated request methods under California law, those methods will be described on the site or in the applicable form or notice. If a posted request method is not working, email admin@myfinalpolicy.com or write to 3741 Merced Dr - E2, Riverside, CA 92503.
We do not require you to create an account to submit a privacy request. If you already have an account with us, we may require you to submit certain requests through that account where permitted by law.
9. Verification, Authorized Agents, and Response Timing
For requests to know, access, delete, or correct, we may ask for information that reasonably matches information we maintain about you. We will use information provided for verification only for that purpose. We may deny a request if we cannot verify it or if a legal exception applies.
For opt-out requests, we will not require verification, but we may ask for information needed to process the request. We will process opt-out requests as soon as feasible and within the time required by law.
We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days after receipt. If reasonably necessary, we may extend that period once by an additional 45 days and will notify you of the extension within the first 45-day period. California law may set shorter or different timing for particular requests, including opt-out requests.
If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof that you gave the agent permission to submit the request, require the agent to verify its identity, require you to verify your identity directly with us, or require you to confirm that you gave the agent permission, except where California law limits those steps.
10. Cookies, Do Not Track, and Third-Party Tracking
We and third parties may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, scripts, local storage, device identifiers, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, understand traffic, prevent fraud, personalize content, and deliver or measure advertising.
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. Because there is not a uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not respond to them. Where required by law, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as GPC, as described above.
Third parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use our site, including through analytics, advertising, and social-media technologies.
11. Retention
We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this California Notice and our Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, secure the site, and support legitimate business purposes. We do not retain personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
12. Children and Teens
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact admin@myfinalpolicy.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age unless we have obtained the consent required by applicable law.
13. California Shine the Light
If California Civil Code Section 1798.83 applies, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. To submit a Shine the Light request, email admin@myfinalpolicy.com or write to 3741 Merced Dr - E2, Riverside, CA 92503 and include "California Shine the Light Request" in your message.
14. Changes to This California Notice
We may update this California Notice from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the site with an updated effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
